The Cementitious Barriers Partnership (CBP) is a collaborative program sponsored by the EM Office of Tank Waste Management.
Objective
The Cementitious Barriers Partnership (CBP) works to improve understanding and prediction of the long-term structural, hydraulic, and chemical performance of cementitious materials and waste forms used primarily in nuclear waste disposal. The objective of the CBP is to develop a set of computational software tools that are expected to reduce the uncertainties of current methodologies for performance assessment.

The updated CBP Software Toolbox contains new and improved models and new solution methods for better performance.
Integrated Software Framework
CBP Partners have developed software modules that are used as an integrated framework for better understanding and prediction of cementitious barrier performance.
